Touchscreen displays range in size from very small smartphone screens to huge interactive multitouch walls. The future of touchscreens is assured with offerings like the Apple iPad, Google Android Tablet, and Microsoft Tablets and Slates which are going to be using multitouch screens with virtual keyboards. People will also be able to use a large number of multitouch "pinch" functions on the same screen and collaborate on documents and presentations. Modern touch screens are scratch resistant and work with LCD and LED Technologies. There are even printable "skin" type touchscreens that can turn any surface into an interactive screen that can interface with a laptop computer, so you can literally unroll a screen from a poster mailing tube. Soon, interactive posters and inexpensive touch screen displays will be a part of everyday life, and may even be a new form of content delivery like magazines.
